Until such alteration is made in

the Rectes as will satisfy the Secretary of State, it is obvious that it would be. useless to place any stem in the Extinctio in support of the City Hall buseum, for such sum would ~

The Governor hopes that them. Committee will be able to suggest somue

arrangement which will meet the views of Her Majesty's Government.
